fix: add historical analysis endpoints and fix FontAwesome

- Add /api/v1/historical-analysis endpoint for workload list
- Add /api/v1/historical-analysis/{namespace}/{workload} for details
- Fix FontAwesome CDN to use working version
- Update todo list with progress
