feat: implement PatternFly 6.3.1 UI revolution

- Replace Bootstrap with PatternFly 6.3.1 components
- Create Workload Scanner as initial screen
- Implement Historical Analysis with breadcrumb navigation
- Add proper PatternFly styling and components
- Maintain all existing functionality with new UI
